- Material Selection: PC/ABS engineering plastic (residential) or 304 stainless steel (industrial/outdoor). Thickness: plastic ≥2.5mm, metal ≥1.2mm for corrosion resistance and impact protection.
- Internal Configuration: Separate compartments for meters, switches, and wiring. Pre-installed DIN rails (35mm) and NEMA-standard mounting plates. Partitioned sections (≥150mm spacing per meter) for multi-user boxes.
- Safety Features: Transparent tamper-proof covers (PC material, ≥3mm thickness), lockable latches (anti-pry design), overcurrent protection slots, and mandatory grounding terminals (M6 size) for metal enclosures.
- Environmental Adaptation: For outdoor use: rain shields (≥50mm overhang), drainage holes (φ8mm with rubber plugs), and UV-resistant coating. IP rating recommendation: IP54 (indoor) / IP65 (outdoor).
